Thank you for your message. If you are feeling the need to go for a wee frequently, have you tried doing some pelvic floor exercises, slow squeezes with longer length do holds and also fast short squeezes to see if that helps? Also, are you eating or drinking anything that may be stimulating your bladder? Such as caffeine, artificial sweeteners, citric foods?

I’ve presumed here that you are going frequently to empty your bladder but please do let me know if you mean it’s for opening your bowels. Thank you, Leila
