Out of interest, has anyone tried the Zoe programme? I’m really interested in how our diet effects us but am slightly out of by the cost.

I knew Julia would be on the case with this one! We've had many discussions about the benefits and I'm still quite tempted to try it for myself
I'm a big fan! I did it last Summer and it was revelatory! Also a bit of a wake- up call as my glucose and fat metabolism was not great despite what I considered to be an excellent diet. I can now look up my meals in advance to check that they will work well for me personally. It makes me mindful of what I eat and I have learned useful tweeks and tips e.g. exercising after meals to reduce glucose spikes. The Zoe team stress that no food is off-limits and we can alll have treats from time to time. I believe that personalised nutrition is the way forward - one size definitely does not fit all!
